 Returns Refunds:

All items are Clothing are returnable for refund or exchange within 30 days of the receipt, as long as they are unused in new, original, resalable condition with tags remaining. Clothes exposed to perfume, scents of any kind or cigarette or cigar smoke cannot be returned; please keep this in mind when trying on your clothes. We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn, or soiled in anyway for return or exchange. Thank you for understanding.

All returns are credited back in the same form of payment (for example - back to the credit card, if paid by credit card). Orders paid by check have to be cleared for 14 days before refund can be issued. Credit for return applies to cost of merchandise only not shipping cost. Any evidence of participating in fraudulent return scams will be prosecuted.

Having said the above, we do understand that buying over the distance without a chance of the clothes on is challenging. When in doubt, email us or call us and we will gladly measure the agreement for you. If you purchase an item that does not fit well, color is not as you imagined or you just plain don't like it, we absolutely accept that item back. There is no sales tax on orders except within the state of Washington. Washington has destination-based sales tax and we collect the average 9.0% tax on all sales within this state until further notice.
