Returns and Refunds

All items except underwear are returnable for refund or exchange within 30 days of the receipt, as long as they are unused in new, original, resalable condition with tags remaining. Clothes exposed to perfume, scents of any kind or cigarette or cigar smoke cannot be returned; please keep this in mind when trying on your clothes. We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn, or soiled in anyway for return or exchange. Thank you for understanding.

All returns are credited back in the same form of payment (for example - back to the credit card, if paid by credit card, PayPal if paid that way). Orders paid by check have to be cleared for 14 days before refund can be issued. Credit for return applies to cost of merchandise only not shipping cost. Any evidence of participating in fraudulent return scams will be prosecuted.

Having said the above, we do understand that buying over the distance without a chance of seeing the clothes and trying is challenging. When in doubt when ordering, email us or call us and we will gladly measure the garment for you. If you purchase an item that does not fit well, color is not what you wanted or you just plain don't like it, contact us and we will try to make it right. Sales Tax

Sales tax apllies only to destinations within the state of Washington. We collect the average 9.5% tax on all sales delivered within this state until further notice.
