Natural organic socks really can make a difference for your body. Just like underwear, the most important is its closeness to the skin. With socks, your body weight is putting pressure constantly on the fibers in the socks (unless you stand upside down:) and literally squeezes the fiber into your skin.

If you have ever experienced cracked, scaly skin on your feet - give it some thought and try organic socks! Simply wear it for few weeks and then see if you want to go back to the conventional cotton or polyester. A good new alternative is a bamboo fiber - it absorbs moisture better than cotton and it has anti-bacterial qualities, diminishing growth of fungus and minimizing odors. 

As always - crops grown organically, without pesticides and insecticides, give our planet a break as well. Organic socks are great gifts. Don't know a person who would turn down a pair of organic socks!
